Modern Bridal Inspiration at Pennsylvania’s Newest Estate Venue
The emergence of Loch Aerie Mansion, a gorgeous stone wedding venue built in 1865 that’s nestled in Chester County, PA, I felt inspired to collaborate on a styled bridal shoot with a talented team of vendors to bring to life a fresh vision for the new venue. With the rise of at-home weddings this year, planner/designer Shannon Wellington settled on the idea of a bride getting ready with her sister in their house, a subtle nod to the venue’s history with a light, airy color palette that still felt contemporary.
The shoot was an absolute dream to capture—lots of movement as the sisters danced around the house in dreamy dresses, soft and ethereal details, a flood of natural light, and breathtaking backdrops like a stunning staircase and antique furniture.
Table lamps, feminine florals, velvet details, and exquisite menus created a stunning dining environment that pulled in the interior design of the home.
