Idyllic, Elegant Wedding at Finley Catering’s Ballroom at Ellis Preserve

Mia and Connor started out as friends when they first met on their high school swim team in 2010. They later learned that they were complete opposites, but in the best way! Flash forward almost a decade, and they were tying the knot at The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve in West Chester, PA. Mia and Connor’s wedding was filled with classic design, meaningful details, and an abundance of white florals. The couple planned to have a large, timeless celebration, and they did just that—on the 21st night of September.

Mia’s Gali Karten gown was exquisite—the detail unmatched. Its fine threaded sparkles shimmered in the gorgeous, low September light.

Mia and Connor were one of the sweetest couples we’ve ever worked with and their late September wedding day was nothing short of beautiful! Just look at that breathtaking light peeking through the trees.

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve’s beautiful natural surroundings and atmosphere brought out the best in Mia and Connor’s laidback style.

Connor proposed at a park in West Chester where he wrote "Mia will you marry me?" across her Rummy 500 hand, one of their favorite games. They both grew up playing cards, so it was only natural that they shared that interest with their guests in the form of card game place cards!
